Organiser, Duration & Eligibility
  1. Colgate x Cream Couch Redemption Campaign [“Redemption Program”] is organized by Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (165147-W) ["Organizer"] commencing on 1 September 2023 to 7 October 2023 ["Redemption Period"]. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or Redemption Periods at any time. All redemption entries must reach the Organizer on or before | 2023. Note: Redemption period varies across participating outlets.
  2. This Redemption is open to all shoppers in Malaysia ["Participant"], except employees of the Organizer, advertising & public relations agents, and promotion service providers, including their immediate family members.
  3. Participant is eligible to participate in this Redemption Program with the purchase of any Colgate Oral Care products worth RM68 and above (purchase must include 1 unit of Colgate Optic White O2 85g) in a single receipt in any participating outlets or online store* by submitting the invoice / receipt ["Proof of Purchase"] during the Redemption Period. The original receipt indicating date of purchase from 1 September 2023 to 7 October 2023 must be retained by Participant for verification and as Proof of Purchase.
    • For purchase via online store, screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status) and / or Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made as a valid Proof of Purchase.
    • (*Note: this redemption campaign excludes purchase made via Lazada and Shopee)
  4. Participants will be able to receive a Cream Couch item or a Cream Couch voucher (see table below) with the purchase of any Colgate Oral Care products worth RM68 and above (purchase must include 1 unit of Colgate Optic White O2 85g) in a single receipt at any participating outlets during the Redemption Period.
  5. This Redemption Program is limited to the following redemptions quantities only (while stocks last). Colours of the Cream Couch items will be sent as random, no selection of colours will be entertained. Note: Redemption sequence will be Cream Couch items (and upon full redemption) followed by Cream Couch e-vouchers.

  6. Participants can redeem with the following steps:
    • Participants must have purchased at any participating outlet or online store* during the Redemption Period.
    • Take a clear photo of the original receipt by showing the invoice / receipt, send via WhatsApp to 016 815 6516.
    • Every entry must be attached with an original invoice / receipt as Proof of Purchase with purchase of any Colgate Oral Care products worth RM68 and above (purchase must include 1 unit of Colgate Optic White O2 85g) from any participating outlets in Malaysia, including KLIA store, East Malaysia and Labuan and online store*.
    • A confirmation message will be sent to the Participant confirming the fulfillment via WhatsApp within 15 working days (upon verification and checking). Please ensure that all details are accurate to proceed with redemption.
    • The Cream Couch items and e-voucher will be governed by the terms and conditions set at www.creamcouch.com.
    • The Cream Couch e-voucher received by Participants must be used before its expiry date. The Organizer will not entertain any claim by Participant with expired e-voucher.
    • Each one (1) receipt is valid for one (1) redemption only.
  7. Redemption through WhatsApp with incomplete details, late, without Proof of Purchase or containing the wrong purchase of products will not be accepted and deemed invalid.
  8. If the Cream Couch item or e-voucher could not be delivered to the Participant due to incorrect details provided, the redemption is then considered void. The Cream Couch item will be sent via courier to the participant’s address. The organizer will ask for the participant’s mailing address upon successful redemption of the Cream Couch item.
  9. The Participant shall be fully liable in the event of any injury, damage, or loss because of participating in the Redemption Program, or at the time of redemption and / or usage of their e-voucher.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser
  1. By participating in this Redemption Program, Participants agree to be bound by the Redemption Program’s terms and conditions. The decision of the Organizer is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal, or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organizer.
  2. By participating in this Redemption Program, Participants give permission to the Organizer and/or any third-party agent elected by Organizer ["Agency"] to process Participants' personal data, which is provided through the Redemption Program entries.
  3. Each participant agrees to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of his personal information and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Each participant agrees that the Organizer may, for a reasonable period of time, unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to participants.
  4. The Organizer and/or its agent shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participants' personal data is protected.
  5. Value and quantity of vouchers are accurate at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.

Personal Data Protection Act 2010

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") to consumers of Colgate-Palmolive (M) Sdn Bhd and Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd.

Dear Consumers,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ["Individual"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular: -
  1. That we ["Organiser"] collect Individual's personal data directly from the contest form entry.
  2. Individual's personal data is collected for the ["Redemption Program"];
  3. Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;
  4. Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;
  5. The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the program;
  6. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;
  7. Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and
  8. If Individual wishes to make enquiries or give feedback, please contact +603 7886 5886 on Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00am to 5.00pm (weekdays, except for state / public holidays)

Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010

Notis Di Bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (“PDPA”) kepada pengguna Colgate-Palmolive (M) Sdn Bhd dan Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd.

Pengguna yang dihormati,

Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu (“Individu”). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-
  1. Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi anda daripada borang penyertaan Peraduan;
  2. Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk [“Program Penebusan”];
  3. Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetuklan data peribadi anda;
  4. Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;
  5. Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan Program sahaja;
  6. Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak lengkap, penyertaan Individu tidak akan diterima;
  7. Sekiranya Individu telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi individu harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur; dan
  8. Sekiranya Individu mempunyai pertanyaan atau ingin memberi maklum balas, anda boleh berhubung dengan kami melalui talian +603 7886 5886 dari Isnin hingga Jumaat, dari pukul 9.00 pagi sehingga pukul 5.00 petang (hari kerja, kecuali cuti negeri atau cuti umum).
